I recently called requesting a quote for an AAA member and, did not have all the information required for maintenance. I politely let the employee know that I would call right back, and she refused to answer any of my calls following . I literally called back 3 mins later and she was intentionally ignoring all of my back to back my calls. After reading the reviews, maybe it was for the best!
I am sorry I was unable to answer your phone call and someone else's. I was on 2 phones and since I'm in the office alone sometimes it gets hard to answer all the phones. I have tried to call you back numerous times and no answer except it tells me your voicemail is full. Sorry you feel like you were being ignored. Hope you will give us a call back and another chance.
