I recently called requesting a quote for an AAA member and, did not have all the information required for maintenance. I politely let the employee know that I would call right back, and she refused to answer any of my calls following . I literally called back 3 mins later and she was intentionally ignoring all of my back to back my calls. After reading the reviews, maybe it was for the best!

Nothing but 5 stars!!! I had called 2 other auto repair companies in the area but decided to go with Golden Rule because of the professionalism displayed over the phone. They earned these stars starting with the great customer service on the phone with Ms. Elaine and ending with getting my car back the same day! The service technician took pictures of my issue and shared with me. And I even got a discount on my bill because I am a AAA member. This is my new mechanic!!
