Golden Rule is the best. I take all my cars to them and the customer service is A1. This is a reliable business I would refer anyone because Golden Rule works on all types of cars. This company is like my family I love them.

Service and people spectacular! The last final pricing a little shocker 😲. Wasn't expecting. I think maybe if they tell you ahead of time then you can decide what services you want to have or postpone.

Best customer service I’ve gotten from an auto repair shop ever. The clerk inside the office was super helpful & genuinely nice. They installed my tail light covers in no time, at a fraction of the cost comparable to the other local specialists..

I’ve been receiving the discount mailer for about a year, now. I was lead to give this company a try for an oil change and windshield wiper blades that were in horrible shape! I usually go to the dealership and deal with a LONG wait, even though I have an appointment, and a couple of salesmen trying to get me to trade my car in for a newer model. I just wasn’t lead to do that but I WAS lead to call Ms. ‘Laine, schedule an appointment, show up and lose track of time (which wasn’t long) with some of the BEST conversation while I waited on my services! The prices were comparable but the service was admirable. I think I’ve found my new spot…shoulda known by the name, which they totally live up to! Thx to each of you but my biggest thx goes to Elaine, who made me feel like I spent an hour with my bestie! Highly recommend…

Hands down Golden Rule Automotive is true to their name!! You are always greeted warmly.They do quality work, their prices are fair, they stand behind their work and are truly an honest mechanic shop, even if I don't live in Covington anymore this shop will always get my business!!

First of all, making an online appointment with Golden Rule Automotive was super easy. The technician performed the recommended maintenance. As well as identified, repaired and replaced some failing parts critical to my vehicle's front driveline and suspension system. For which I am very grateful for safety reasons and peace of mind. Driving home, my car handled like a dream. My overall experience with GRA was excellent! Lastly, the 'Thank You' card from the GRA team, placed on my car seat, was so unexpected and sweet.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE. From greeting to check out, this was one of my best experiences. Brought in my 04 Liberty that had no AC and felt like the Persian Gulf on a Carrier. I can store meat in my Jeep now with the AC on. We have many older vehicles. Found our new shop. Great People, prices and performance.
