I took my car to have my axles rechecked and found out that my car has two axles not 4; which saved me a lot of money. I really appreciate Steve and Gary showing me and letting me know the difference. The best part, they where finished by noon. She rides so smooth.

Saved the day. Rather than being stranded, we had the Ridgeline repaired and on our way back to Roanoke, Virginia in 3.5 hours. Cannot say enough about the prompt understanding service. Ilene at the front desk took great care of us, offering to have us driven to get something to eat and made us feel at home. What could have been a very stressful event, was turned around by GRA. Would definitely recommend this garage.
