The mechanics at Golden Rule are thorough and I know that they have my back to make sure my auto is in tiptop shape and safe.

I really wanted to give this place a good review, and my opinion may change when my car actually gets repairs. It has been over 3 months, and my car has still not been repaired. The only time I get any communication, is when I am the one to call, and all I seem to get are the same scripted excuses. If I knew the repairs were going to take this long, I might have tried to go somewhere else for service.

Golden Rule Automotive is appropriately named as I can personally attest to. Work was done in a professional manner but with a little down home country charm thrown in for good measure. On a recent trip from SC to Alabama a radiator problem occurred on a Friday afternoon of all times. The local dealership would not even take a look until the following week. Elaine, the office manager, said she would try to work us in if the parts were available locally but no guarantee. To make this a short story I guarantee that you will be fully satisfied with the expert work in a timely manner with courteous people that we experienced. We were back on the road in a few hours and made it safely to our destination- thank you Golden Rule Automotive we will be forever great full !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
