Awesome atmosphere, clean and inviting waiting area. As always my service was scheduled from my last service. I love the new system that Golden Rule has, it alerts you by text message that you have a service coming due on your vehicle. From customer service to the technicians its a very family friendly business. If anything is wrong with your vehicle they let you know ahead of time. And set a appointment for the work to be done in a timely manner. Great prices . This is the only place I trust, they treat you like family

Great service fast

Scheduled a major tune up (180,000 miles) at my convenience that took several hours. I knew that in advance so I had a snack with me. However, Elaine didn't think that was enough so she got me a hamburger to tide me over. Conscientious service taking care of all of a customer's needs. They always discuss anything that comes up during the inspection and give me options so I can fit what is most important into my budget.

The people at Golden Rule Automotive were friendly professional and quick. I would recommend them to my friends.
