"Good technical knowledge, communication skills and customer service." Elaine at the front desk is very thorough in keeping detailed records of services performed on my vehicle. She added information from the service technician on my invoice about the test results so I knew the details of a performance check on the Air Conditioning system. While having the oil changed on 1 vehicle, I described an AC and potential overheating problem on another vehicle with Greg Hicks. He ask several questions about the symptoms I had observed and then gave a brief review of the Air Conditioning system and engine cooling system and their interaction. His description was understandable to a non-mechanic and concluded with a diagnosis that sounded very plausible. In addition, he suggested that if I made an appointment, to let him know and he would order the parts and have them on hand should his diagnosis be correct. This type of knowledge and customer service is why I have taken my vehicles to Golden Rule for over 15 years.
