"Reliable and Friendly Service" 105,000 mile Service conveniently scheduled for next day by phone call. Technician spotted oil on engine block and quickly brought it to Service Manager's attention. Service Manager researched Golden Rule's vehicle's service records and found that during a previous service the valve cover gaskets had been removed and replaced. Service Manager after close inspection observed that there was no fresh oil and concluded that the oil residue seen was from the previous gasket leak which had been repaired. However, just to make sure, the Service Manager authorized adding an indicator fluid to the oil system that would show up at the next oil service if there was a new leak. This kind of extra step saved me money and will effectively diagnose a problem without it getting out of hand if one exists. That is what I call "Reliable and Friendly Service.'

"Great Service" Golden Rule has a sign on the wall that says, "female friendly", and they really are. I've been a female customer for years and always receive great service. An especially nice thing they did for me was send a driver to pick me up from work so I could get my car once they finished with it. Thank you to everyone at Golden Rule!!

I came in for an oil change, and they found a few extra problems and took me back to the shop to see exactly what needed to be fixed. They gave me a very generous price estimate for the repairs and some advice about when to come in again and get it all ship-shape. Very friendly service and also very efficient. The price wasn't bad either -- about $25 for an oil change and check-up. Definitely coming back. I'm so glad they're this close to my school!
