Accurately and timely diagnosis of issues and advanced communications with customer as to what is required and the estimated cost for parts and labor to restore vehicle to a fully repaired status.

Elaine ordered a the part which I paid for with a credit card and called me after it arrived and scheduled a date/time to bring in my vehicle. I waited until the replacement was finished which took less than 45 minutes. That was a great time saver for me.
