Wasted my time here

When I initially took my truck up there they said they could fix it and they were going to call me back with what the issue was and how much it was going to be. Several days passed and I did not get any phone calls. I had to go up there personally three days in a row after that asking them for an update, they still dint know anything and kept telling me they would call me back each day I went. I told them the date when I needed it by and they said yeah it’ll be done no problem. So I go back two days before the date that I told them I needed my truck by & they STILL dint have any answers or anything whatsoever. So I ended up taking my truck back & wasting alot of valuable time for nothing.

Good service and a friendly environment

Golden Rule Automotive doesn’t follow the golden rules of business. I took my 2005 Tahoe to them because of a check engine light and a noise I was hearing in the engine compartment on a Tuesday morning . I advise the lady in the front that I needed the truck for the weekend and if they think it was impossible for them to get to it then I would go somewhere else. She took my vehicle and reassured me. I didn’t hear from them on Friday so I called. She told me she would give me a call back but she didn’t. I called again on Monday morning and she said they are still running test. Really, just say anything to get me off the phone. I didn’t get another call until the following Wednesday and she said it maybe EVAP canister and it would cost $450 to replace. As a professional mechanic shop I need you to know exactly what it is and what about my other issue. She said well you can just pick the truck back up and I did. Meanwhile, I had to rent a U Haul truck for the next weekend. RUN not WALK! This shop takes in too much but, cannot handle the load!

My 2007 Dodge Durango would cut off while driving and I took it to 4 Dodge dealers and no one could fix it until AAA RECOMMENDED Golden Rule they got me up and running best service honest and fair pricing this is my new mechanic shop

It took longer than expected to figure out the problem with the ac but other than that they did as they said they would. I have cold ac now..
