Did a good job of finding the problem with my truck and repairing it the same day. Being from out of town, this was very important. Called AAA when truck wouldn’t start and Golden Rule was the on the list of repair shops in Covington that they recommended. That suggested to me that they were honest and reputable which they certainly turned out to be.
The experience there was great, very nice people especially the receptionist I've been looking for an Automotive Repair Shop for a while, found it. they fix my daughter car and it is running great. Will be doing business with them again.
Awesome technicians, awesome customer service. Prices are very reasonable, tell you up from wants going on with your vehicle, estimate on price and how long it will take to fix your vehicle. If any changes they update you.
