"Transmission replacement on Excursion." It took a while, a long while, to get the work done but the Golden Rule guys stuck it out and got the job done. Ordered parts taking a long time to get and then being wrong or broken was the big problem but they kept at it, didn't charge any more for all of the extra work that they did that wasn't their fault and got the job DONE. Thanks, Golden Rule!!! Our Excursion is happy again and so are we.

Lee said this business did an efficient job. He did not get good news about his vehicle, but that was not their fault. They were polite and professional. They called him back like they said they would and told him the issues with the vehicle.

Charles said the overall experience was alright, but he thought the bill would be $20 and it was $30. It was a little pricey and he was surprised. Otherwise, the service was fine.
